On 2 Jun 1937 Emily Wilkinson (of 1595 Clay Street, San Francisco) filed an affidavit indicating that the original certificate of birth was incorrect. Correct name of child: Jack Wilkinson (not Jack Wilkins); correct name of father: George Wilkinson (not George Wilkins); correct birthplace of mother: Switzerland (not Germany). Amy L. Roberts (of 1562 Cypress Avenue, Burlingame, California) also signed an affidavit saying the facts were true. |
