This sale was continued from December 11, 1941, until January 15, 1942, at 12:00 o'clock noon. Said sale will take place at their offices at 227 So. King St., Honolulu, T. H." Both parcels were in Edith's own name. Family memory (Loretta O'Berg interview, 2004) says Ida "had the money before she married Tom Boyd"; where it came from is not yet known.
