Horace Snead (Bud) Hogge is my uncle, he married Sandy in 1979, my uncle passed away in 1996. Are you releated to Sandy? I believe this was her married name before she married my uncle, but I'm not sure. Please contact me, I would be happy to provide any and all information that I have.
