All are born in New Jersey, and are living in San Francisco (Lily Avenue?).

The report shows Moses and Sarah born in Bromberg, Germany (now Bydgoszcz, Poland). According to Google Earth, it is 57km from Bydgoszcz to Lobzenica, Poland. These seem to be the right people as the ages and names all agree with later census reports.
